Information
For your convenience, we accept
Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express, by phone, fax,
mail orders or online. Checks and money orders are also
accepted. Please contact us regarding orders shipping outside of
the United States. Prices listed are subject to
change.
Advantage Tennis Supply ships via
UPS Ground, and will prepay and add all shipping costs to the
invoice. For motor freight shipments, freight will be
prepaid and added to the invoice.
While we strive to provide great
service, please note:
~Shipping and delivery dates are
estimates and may be incorrect.
~Special orders and certain items
are not returnable. Returns may be subject to a
re-stocking fee. For our full return policy, see below.
~If your product arrives damaged,
please contact us as soon as possible. We can arrange to
get you replacement parts for any damaged pieces.
~Replacement parts for damaged or
missing parts can take up to two weeks to ship.
Return Policy: We
offer a 30-day return policy. If you would like to return
your purchase for any reason within 30 days, you will be
refunded the purchase price of the product excluding any
transport charges and a 20% restocking fee. All returns
must be pre-approved and should be sent to our warehouse in new
condition and in the original packaging.
